Sort out the roadworks!

Ed Davey and Gareth Roberts are campaigning for action from London's Mayor and national government for faster and fewer roadworks by utility companies and Transport for London (like the recent Tolworth roundabout works). They are calling for much better co-ordination - and higher fines for utility firms whose roadworks over-run. Back the campaign to increase how much utility companies can be fined for over-running works (currently capped at just £80 a day!)
